The mobile phone has superbly attractive design. There is a sharp yet subtle toughness in the design that provides a better grip and avoids the chances of accidental slipping out of the hand. The front part of the Samsung S5620 is completely dominated by the huge 3" TFT touchscreen that has a resolution of about 240 x 400 pixels with 256 thousand colors. Some of the additional innovations this fantastic phone has are an accelerometer, TouchWIZ UI plus and a smart lock. The screen reactivity is a tad bit sensitive than normal but is pleasing to utilize none the less. The display furthermore features Smart Unlock and Turn to Mute.

SMS and MMS is pleasant to do since the virtual keyboard does an good job of registering taps of your fingers. It supports SMS, MMS Email, Push Email and even Palringo IM. Entertainment features of the Samsung S5620 Monte are also quite decent. It brings live music from your favorite stations via the Stereo FM radio with RDS. The music player lets you enjoy tunes of varied audio formats and the same goes with the MP4 player. You may also enjoy downloadable games, and the embedded 3.15 mega pixel camera. The camera provides a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and brings in features such as smile detection and geo tagging.
