This walt is kind of special in that he based his entire relationship and then marriage on his lies of serving with the SAS and Para Reg
. As they say live by the sword, die by the sword and he has certainly done that.
Below is a genuine copy of the divorce petition lodged against him and has been sworn into court by solicitors of the source. So we are in no doubt as to the authenticity of the copied article, which was given to us by a member of the public / the source as a result of the Daily Mirror article last week. He proclaimed many things during his time and outside of the petition below and even convinced his employers of his status with the SAS / Para Reg and we will soon be in possession of photographs of him in combats these will follow courtesy of his very helpful boss. In the meantime you will see by the admission in the papers that he did claim to have served as stated and made a full and frank admission but not a public one however. He has claimed further to have been choppered out of NI injured this resulting in his discharge. The photographs show the subject and his fascination with Andy MacNab and his books. He also had an admirable collection of war games that would put Derring lines Battle School training wing to shame. Underneath is also a glimpse of his cammo ruck sack that he stored his collection of books in.
Due to the sources situation as in half way through the divorce we cannot give a location or name her directly and also to prevent any violence by the subject, however the subjects real name is shown. Basic checks were carried and as predicted there is no trace and seeing as we obtained legal documents sworn to a solicitors we can take it that the information it is true to the best of our knowledge. The source has provided us with all the information given together with photographs and was volunteered done of her own free will, why ? I can only imagine.

Part 6 Statement of case

1. It has transpired that the Respondent has deceived the Petitioner from the outset
of the marriage as to his previous history and as a result the Petitioner has lost all
trust for the Respondent.
2. The Petitioner entered the marriage believing that the Respondent was a former
Paratroop and SAS soldier. The Respondent led the Petitioner to believe that he had
been discharged from the army due to an injury suffered in active service in Northern
Ireland.
3. In or around October 2011 the Petitioner had become increasingly suspicious as to
the truth of this history and enquiries of the Respondent's family revealed that the
Respondent had in fact not been accepted into the Paratroop regiment because of a head
injury he suffered as a teenager when he fell in the garden at home and hit his head
on a wall. The Respondent had told the Petitioner that he was evacuated out of
Northern Ireland by helicopter after sustaining a head injury in active service.
4. At the time of the separation the Respondent threatened the Petitioner with
violence. He informed the Petitioner that he would "slot" both her and any man she
should bring into the former marital home.
5. The Respondent has threatened violence to the Petitioner in the past. The
previous occasion being when the Petitioner was pregnant with the child of the family,
Ryan Phillips (date of birth 11.08.2004).
6. Prior to the parties' separation and since the separation the Respondent has
behaved in a volatile manner, mainly self harming. During the relationship the
Respondent drove off in the car taking a bottle of whisky and tablets with him
threatening suicide. At the point of the parties separation, the Petitioner witnessed
the Respondent banging his head against a wall and punching himself in the face
causing himself nasty bruising.
7. Subsequent to the separation on 15 December 2011 the Respondent has admitted that he told lies about his history.
To confirm there is no recorded history claiming military related PTSD in the case of Phillip Lee, the SAS/Para Walt as would be expected from someone who had not served. We state this due to a certain group of people who have tried repeatedly to stop WMHC from operating and protecting the resources of the WMHC.
