No solution to Kashmir or for that matter to the State of Jammu & Kashmir will be

allowed or arrived at unless our return to the Valley is achieved on our own terms.!! Hence the only solution possible is the reorganization of Jammu & Kashmir State and to create a separate State exclusively for the Kashmiri Pundits in the valley, within the framework of the Indian constitution.!!! Please understand that the nation of India is under a serious threat of Siege from within.!!!!! The Government needs to take immediate action before it is too late.

Your Excellency we the honorable humble, unassuming, meek, docile, gentle, timid, unpretentious, plain and simple members of the Kashmiri Pundits community who have been and are the original natural aboriginal inhabitants of the valley would like to put forward a simple petition in the wider interest of the nation as a whole. Our Mission and the only Goal is to salvage our lost Emancipation, redeem the sovereignty of a Hindu Kashmir, be identified as a unique dominion, retrieve our own colony, a new province, a meaningful protectorate, with complete command in our own hands but of course within the framework of the Indian Constitution. If a Bengali Hindu has a dominion of Bengal to fall back upon, a Gujarati Hindu has Gujarat, A Marathi Hindu has Maharashtra for himself, a Tamil Hindu has Tamil Nadu and a Punjabi Hindu has Punjab, why shouldnt a Kashmiri Hindu Pundit have his own Panun Kashmir? We therefore with all humility would request you to kindly take a meaningful and constructive decision in order to: 1) Create a completely separate virtual dominion of our own in the valley of Kashmir but within the legal framework of the Indian Constitution at par with other Indian states. 2) We dont need the protection of Article 370 to govern us. 3) We would invite all the members of the other Hindu Community from other parts of the country like Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra to be a part of our society with open arms and contribute positively for the development of the state as they allowed us to be settled in their dominions during our times of suffering and tribulations. 4) We would invite all the scions of the industry to put up their vehicles of commercial development so that our highly literate work force could be easily utilized. 5) We have no objection to the placement of the armed forces and Para-military forces in our state by the Central Government. 6) If our community could give meaningful Prime Ministers to this country, and also legendary Prime Ministers to the many Princely States in the erstwhile pre-independence era; then why cant we build our own state within the valley and live peacefully over there with an identity of our own; respecting and maintaining our rich cultural values and traditions without destroying their magnanimity and relevance. 7) Our community has within its armor all necessary infra-structure needed to look after the administration of our own state. 8) The very fact that in spite of such cruel episodes being inflicted on us we have again and again risen from the ashes repeatedly during the past eight centuries only to retain our stature and respect in its original form in whichever region of the globe we have been!! Hence we are capable enough to restore our culture values and identity provided we are given due protection by the central Government.!!! If the region of Sikkim, with a population of just 5.5 lacs could be declared as a separate state. We also have more than 10 lac population spread out all over the country as on date. If we put the statics in simple form to understand the real dynamics of the story: 1) Around 2-3 lacs are still in the make shift camps of Jammu and elsewhere who would be only pleased to go back. 2) More than one and a half lac are Government employees of the State Government who are lying idle and would be required to render their services to restore a new order in a new state. 3) Another 50 thousand to one lac of the recently retired Government employees will be required to be given extension for re-establishment of the various Government Departments in the Valley of our own. 4) Another One lac are such young and old who are still not able to come at terms with themselves in the different places outside the valley and would love to go back to the valley because they have not yet been able to adjust to the hot temperate climate in other parts of the country. The above total comes to around 6-7 lacs that will be more than willing to resettle in the valley. Hence we have sufficient numbers readily available to prove and strengthen our legitimate claim. If the Government of India listens to our demand then we can create a virtual Diego Garcia in the valley that can go a long way to keep the strategic interests of the country meaningfully intact. This will indirectly de-motivate the secessionist forces, which will go in a wider manner to stop the anti-national elements from asking for any kind of autonomy. Hence we Request with folded hands to give us our homeland back in and around Jhelum ., we wont stop unless our simple demands are not met: We want our homeland back, We want our PANUN KASHMIR, It is our birth right...!!!!! It is our Basic Human Right! It is our Fundamental Right! If required we will seek the help of the world body to Drive away the foreign invaders from our sacred homeland! If America could support the cause of The survival of the ISRAEL, On the grounds of basic Human Rights! They will as well support our legitimate cause For our own homeland!! It will be better if the Central Government Understands The Gravity of the situation And does not allow the matters To slip out of their own hands Before it is too late! We want our homeland back, We want our PANUN KASHMIR, It is our birth right...!! It is our Basic Human Right!!! It is our Fundamental Right!!!!! JAI MAA BHAWAANI !!! JAI MAEJ KASHEER..!!!! Mr.Prime Minister at this juncture we would like to make a significant remark and remind you of the great sacrifice made by the Holy Guru Tegh Bahadurji at Delhi during the time of a cruel ruler called Aurangzeb in India. Please permit me to remind you that you will be just making a humble attempt to glorify the meaningful sacrifice made by the Holy saint in his Endeavour to safeguard the plight of Kashmiri Hindu Pundit community at that time. Point to be noted here is that in spite of the sacrifice made by the holy soul the problem of the Kashmiri Hindu Pundit community has not been solved. You will ultimately be earning the pride of place not only in the Heart of the noble soul but also in the annals of History if the Kashmiri Pundit Hindu community are granted a separate state of their own around the Jhelum in their own valley. This pious effort of yours will be in the long run help in thus restoring peace to the souls of our fore fathers who had long been cherishing to have peaceful homeland of their own and have the blessings of the Holy saint who will feel pleased to know that at last His sacrifice had not gone waste. Mr. Prime Minister the Almighty God has granted you with the privilege and opportunity of contributing positively to this age old problem that is badly in need of a solution for the past eight centuries and in the name of God you should not lose any more time to go ahead and lead the country to accept the creation of the separate state for the Kashmiri Pundits. You have the blessings of the revered holy soul of Guru Tegh Bahadurji with you in all your holy efforts to complete His un-finished task in-spite of the great and timely sacrifice made by Him!!!
