Say Goodbye To Wrinkles For Good
Skin aging is probably one of the most common issues being discussed by women
. Although this is a natural thing, women like to stay as young as possible. And to achieve this, they should have a wrinkle free face and a healthy body. One way of attaining this desire is to do a physical activity called facial exercise.
In preparation for the exercise, have your face moisturized. You can do this by rubbing a lubricant or mineral oil on your face or just by applying the moisturizer you use daily. You can also just splash your face with water if you want. Never ever start the exercise without moisturizing your face or when you have a dry skin.
The five main facial areas we would like to focus on this exercise are the muscles surrounding the eyes, chin, neck, mouth and scalp. These exercises will be able to lighten your face and beat those wrinkles in a few days or weeks after regular exercise.
Eye Region
The eyes can truly indicate signs of aging especially for those people who are always stressed or those who lack sleep. So here's how to improve the appearance of your eye area. %u2022 Place your fingers in your temples and pull back slightly. %u2022 Keep your fingers pressed on your temples and close your eyes. Remain in this position for about two to three seconds. %u2022 Repeat the process for about 20 times.
To obtain satisfying results, you can do this for two sets of 20 repetitions every day.
Chin Area
This exercise will eliminate the loose skin that is located at the front of your neck. First, pull your lower lip upward and stay in that position for about 5 seconds. If you look in front of a mirror, you'll see that your chin will look slightly protruded forward. After that, pull your chin down and feel the stretch feeling around that area. Make sure that your head is straight and stationary when doing this exercise. Do this for two sets with 20 repetitions.
Scalp Area
This exercise is a way to remove or lessen the lines on your forehead and give a lift on your face. First, raise your eyebrows for about 2 - 3 seconds. This will stretch the upper area of your face. Afterwhich, pull your ear muscles backwards and feel the contraction of the muscles at the back of your head. Do this for about five minutes a day and you'll see that your face will lighten up after some time.
Muscles around the mouth
To make your mouth look a lot fuller, you can exercise it by extending and contracting your mouth. All you need to do is put your index fingers inside your mouth and pull it about a quarter to about 3/8 inch and hold it for about 2 to 3 seconds. Make sure that your hands are clean before doing this or else you'll have problems with bacteria too. After holding your mouth in that position, contract you lips in such a way that the fingers inside your mouth touch each other. Repeat this step 25 to 50 times.
Neck Area
To be able to eliminate that undesirable loose skin at the front of your neck, tilt your head backwards and put your tongue at the ceiling of your mouth. Make sure that when you tilt your head, your chin is slightly pointing upward. Hold that position for approximately 2 - 3 seconds. Let down your chin slowly, making sure that your tongue is still at the position mentioned above. You can do this for 2 sets a day with 20 repetitions.
Those are just a few facial exercises to improve your facial skin and beat the wrinkles in your face. To obtain the best results, do these exercises properly, take your time and always stay happy!
