Selecting a teambuilding activity can be difficult especially if there are many participants. An exciting activity which can serve as a teambuilding exercise is scavenger hunting. A scavenger hunt can be played by a large group of people. Most of the time, sub-teams are formed to create smaller teams so that everybody can participate.

In a scavenger hunt, the team has to meet the goal of accomplishing a list of tasks. This kind of activity helps bring out the leadership spirit among some members. In addition, this is a type of game that requires every participant to think creatively. They have to think of ways on how figure out the riddles so that they will find the hidden object first. At times, tasks are difficult enough that every member of the team needs to bring their creative juices flowing to solve them. Therefore, a scavenger hunt is a good mental exercise for everyone.

Following the same routine can be pretty boring. Waking up every morning at 6 oclock, going to work at 8 oclock, facing the computer screen until 5 o clock in the afternoon, eating dinner, sleep, wake up, and repeat the cycle over again is very exhausting. Sometimes, employees need to do some fun activities to break the routine. In a scavenger hunt, all participants will enjoy the day, without thinking about all the pressures and demands of work.

Employees are more likely to stay in an organization where they can have some enjoyment. With fun corporate activities like a scavenger hunt being held at least twice a year, they will definitely be contented staying in the organization.
