Secret Revealed - How to Convert MOV Files to Streaming MP3 on a Mac to Your WordPress Blog

Have you ever wondered how to place a video as an audio file on your blog or website

? In the next few minutes you are about to learn a simple painless way of transforming ANYTHING into a streaming MP3 file and have it playing on your blog or website.

I wanted to first start off by saying that I have recently had this issue and it took me nearly two hours to complete the process because I had to dig around on the internet.

So in order to SAVE YOU TIME and SAVE YOU MONEY, I'm going to be showing you how to convert any video (almost anything really) into an MP3 on a MAC.

You can also use a small FREE program to capture images and video called Jing. Head over to jingprojectDOTcom. However, you can only record up to 5 minutes so be fast!

Here is a list of things from start to finish on what you should do make this all happen.

1. You need some top notch recording software. If you are a MAC user, then you should have ScreenFlow or PC users use Camtasia.

2. After recording the video, webinar or whatever, simply export it to your desktop. You can do this by going to Share > Export and make sure to save it to your desktop.

3. Next, simply open imovie and import the.mov file.

4. When your file is done uploading, simply add your video to the top left where it says "Drag media here to create project"

5. Go to Share > Export using QuickTime. Click Advanced and select.AIF

6. Now that your file is on your desktop, add it to itunes.

7 After importing it to itunes, convert it to mp3. But make sure to have that setting ready by going to Preferences > Import Settings > Import Using (Select MP3). Then head back to Advanced > Convert to MP3.

8. Use a program like FileZilla to upload your file (if too large) to your server (if you have one).

9. Go to your blog and install the Audio Player plugin. Then activate it.

10. Enter in the HTML code found in the FAQ section to your post with THE DIRECT URL to your file that you uploaded though FileZilla.

Done and done. 10 simple steps to converting all you need to MP3 and having it streaming on your blog post or website.
