is time for you to stop and hold the leash firm and call to your puppy to sit
down or stop. It is OK to reward your puppy with treats during the process of
training on the leash as this makes him happy and positively rewards good
behavior. Training on the leash needs to be fun for both the puppy and you.

trained on the leash the two of you can go out and about exploring the
