It's a huge temptation to try and seduce a female co worker. Some jobs have strict policies about co workers fraternizing with each other and you may not want to run the risk of losing your job just to have a go with her. Or, you might work in a small office setting where the gossip can spread in a blink of the eye and that in of itself can lead to a weird or tense situation. This is something that you need to think about before you have sex with a woman you work with, or else you may walk in one day and find out that everyone is talking about YOU.
3) Can she handle the sex or will it make her act weird around you?
Just like when friends engage in sex, a female co worker can end up acting kind of weird around you AFTER it happens. If she is someone that you really enjoy talking with and flirting with while you are at work, then you may not want to lose that. Sex can definitely change the way that you interact with her, and it may not be worth it to run that risk.
