Yet as noble as the aim may sound, personal development is something that requires effort, willingness and desire to progress. They themselves can attest to the experience of transition they were able to achieve with the methodology's help. But everything is a process. It does take time. And you have to allow time for the transition to naturally happen within you. In a fast paced world, patience is a rare virtue. But this in itself should not be a reason to discourage you.
