Now there are loads of great running shoes out there, I'm a fan of the Asics 2150 myself but there are really a lot of ways to go. If fashion is your kind of thing though the Asics 2150 and new balance 993 ranges both have different style and colour choices you can pick between.

Now if you're already a runner you will know the difference between a cheap pair of trainers and an actual running shoe and if you've been running for a while you might indeed know the difference in your average running shoe and a pair of Asics. Some gyms won't allow you inside without a pair of trainers on and some running groups won't allow you to join in without a good pair of actual running shoes which I didn't know so it was lucky I showed up my first time with the Asics 2150 pair. Other than the health and safety of your feet a good pair of running trainers like the Asics 2150 can help you run for longer without downtime which means you can hit your goals of losing weight or becoming healthier quicker.

Some people just run to increase their fitness or meet new friends but personally I like to run for speed and to win and it just seems a lot easier since I got my Asics 2150. Asics trainers have been around for a long time I've just never really tried them for some reason. Running shoes in general just give better performance and help your body do what it does naturally which is run! If you actually think about it the fact we can run is really impressive and the guidance system in the Asics 2150 is meant to help the flow of your feet which helps you run faster, further and for longer. I heard they won the shoe of the year award or something last year from someone at my gym but I mean shoe of the year I thought he was joking at first. The Asics 2150 are actually designed to fit into the shape of your foot and increase the natural ability of your body to run.

The people who don't know what they're looking at might look at an expensive pair of running shoes and wonder why would anyone pay a hundred bucks for a pair of shoes, it really makes no sense.

Cheap trainers are fine if you're just walking around or kicking around the house with them but for proper running you really want to have the right shoes on and I do like the Asics 2150 myself.
