The ingredients to our unique Sencha green tea and Chicken recipe:

Four chicken breasts (whole; skinless)

Two tablespoons of olive oil

For our flavorings:

Two tablespoons of lovely steeped Sencha green tea

Two tablespoons of mint leaves

Two and half ounces of lemongrass (ground)

Three quarters of a teaspoon of salt

Three quarters of a teaspoon of brown sugar

Two tablespoons of orange zest

Two tablespoons of ginger (grated)

Half teaspoon of cumin

The procedure to our unique Sencha green tea and Chicken recipe:

In a bowl, put the entire ingredients for flavorings. These include the Sencha green tea, mints, lemongrass, salt, sugar, orange zest, ginger, and cumin. You will notice the good scent that the mixture produces!

Prepare your chicken breasts. Be sure to take off the skin to make it healthier together with the Sencha green tea. However, if you want more flavor then you can keep the skin on. Now, using the mixture we made earlier, pour it on and cover all the chicken breasts with it. Be sure that the entire chicken breast is covered.

Prepare a large frying pan for our chicken. Pour the olive oil and heat it.

When the oil is already hot, put in our chicken breasts. Cook one side for about two minutes then, the other side, as well. This is for skinless chicken breasts only. If the skin is on then, it would take a little more time to cook the chicken.

Then, let the chicken cooked for a bit more in the large frying pan. Let it there for about fifteen more minutes or as long as the chicken is not anymore pink on the inside. This will depend on how thick the cut of the chicken breasts is.

Lastly, serve it and enjoy! It is recommended to serve this wonderful Sencha green tea and chicken dish with green salad for a healthy meal for friends and family.
