One of the most complaints about weight that you will hear, from both men and women, is that belly fat that makes the way your clothes look and fit on you. If you are truly serious, then it is time to take that first step to lose belly fat.

Let's get rid of the wiggle and let's start to giggle about how good we look in a bathing suit. In order to lose belly fat, it requires a commitment on your part. It is time to stop exercising your hand moving from the plate to your mouth and begin watching what you eat.

As the saying goes, you are what you eat.To lose belly fat you must follow some guidelines and set goals for yourself. First, you must cut out junk foods completely. This is the big kahuna of adding belly fat. Second, take in only the good carbs. If you are a party person your life should change because another thing to remember is to drink less alcohol, much less in fact.

It gets your mouth moving but lets in only the good stuff. This an extremely good alternative to sweets. Next, wipe out the pasta, bread, donuts and cakes.

Again only good carbs should now be allowed to enter your body.If in the past you did have a flat belly and have a picture of this, place it in an area where you will see it every day.
