#1. Overseas Highway - oftentimes called as the "Highway that Goes to the Sea." Being the southernmost leg of the Highway 1, it belongs to the modern wonders of the world. It was originally a railway but had to close because of too many damages brought by 1935 hurricane. In late 1930s, the construction of the highway was started to compensate the loss of a railway. Today, Overseas Highway connects Miami to the southernmost point of the continental US.

#2. Bok Tower - this is the legacy of Edward Bok which stands tall being the highest elevation in the Central Florida area. Tourists and travelers who want to learn more about Edward Bok can find more memorabilia near the entrance of the tower called Bok Sanctuary. Any shots taken from this tower are naturally magnificent.

#3. Coral Reefs in Florida - the place is known to have extensively shallow coral reef formation near its coasts. Aside from being a good habitat for marine life, the coral reefs also provide spectacular views from the surface to please tourists and visitors of the place. One of the good things is that, anybody can scuba dive into the abyss and witness the living corals at a closer distance.

#4. JFK Space Center - it was from the soil of Florida that the first man to ever step on the moon was sent from. Named after the 35th President of the United States, John F. Kennedy never stopped fulfilling its vision to discover what goes beyond our world. If you are more of a science geek yourself, this can be a great place to be while you are on vacation.

#5. Historic St. Augustine - what does it take to be the nation's oldest city? First, a place should be able to preserve its history and legacy for almost 5 centuries. No place has ever done so except St. Augustine, Florida. This place can offer you spectacular views of big ancient architectural designs which you can never find anywhere else in the world.

#6. Skyway Bridge - this is considered one of the best architectural wonders in the new millennium. Located in the southern area of St. Petersburg, it is the third bridge to connect St. Petersburg to Bradenton. The cables along the bridge resemble an inverted fan and are colored yellow to give honor to the Sunshine State.

#7. Everglades - this is the only American sub-tropical wilderness. Only a few dare to go here thinking that they can never find something beautiful. But the place itself, the wilderness is a beautiful place to be.
