Investigators say at 12:30 a.m. on Monday, a man wearing a hat with "Sheriff" on the back and a black shirt with "Sheriff" on the sleeves and a badge embroidered on the chest, approached a woman at the Sandy's Convenience Store at Link Lane and Highway 14. Investigators say he asked the woman for directions to "Club Opulence" and then asked her to get into his vehicle. His vehicle is described as a new gray or charcoal-colored 4-door Dodge pickup, with an open bed and unknown Colorado license plates.
