Should You Use A Video Marketing Strategy?

Video marketing is one of the best ways to get your name out there

, brand yourself and most importantly generate leads for your business. Video marketing is easy and can be followed by anyone when they have the right set of instructions.

Video is so powerful because it brings your face right to your prospects, they get to know you and trust you and so will be more likely to buy from you, join your team or recommend you to friends- it's just human nature!

Making a video doesn't take a lot of fancy equipment either. Most computers and laptops come with a built in camera, or you can buy one for $20. As long as your video is clear, with enough light and clear audio it is fine. What's important is the content.

Whatever you plan to talk about, talk with confidence. It doesn't matter if you mess up your words, if you are confident it will still be a good video. Give your viewers advice - "how to's" "Top Ten" etc are best. You don't even have to know much to be able to give some advice. Do a little research online, 30 mins at the most, then talk about what you found. People like to watch videos more than they like to read lots of text and will appreciate you doing the hard work for them.

You can make a great video, but you won't see any results from it if you don't do anything with it. Your aim is to have as many of your videos out there as possible, all linking back to your website. Not only will this drive the people that watch your videos back to your website, but all the links in the video description will show search engines that your website is very popular and so you will appear higher in google, yahoo etc.
