These kinds of foods are easy to find so you'll probably have no problem getting them. Also, try to stay away from foods and things that can hinder your growth like cigarette smoking and drinking too much coffee (though we don't have enough evidence for this one).

Another cheap and easy way to increase your height is exercising. Exercising (stretching specifically), when done 3 to 4 times a week, can loosen the muscles and ligaments giving your bones more space to grow. Now you know so keep on stretching those arms and legs!


You have probably heard this before especially from your mothers - if you want to grow tall, sleep! Sleep enhances our body's ability to produce Human Growth Hormones or HGH. People who lack HGH in their blood usually have a hard time growing up. So now you can say, "sleep and grow taller."

You will surely achieve the height that you've been dreaming of if you simply put these into practice. They are not difficult; in fact, they are probably included in your daily life and you are probably doing them already.
