Silence Assumptions
"Assumptions are often misleading, if not downright wrong. We tend to judge ourselves by our intent, but we judge others on their behavior. Since we don't know others' intent we should always assume the best."
One mistake that most people commonly make is that they assume things before they actually know what is really true. It is almost a given part of human nature and that is why most people do it.
The top five percent of people who earn and own most of the money in the United States are the people who never assume anything they are unsure about or will just believe that it will help them or not cause any harm or wrongdoing.
If you always assume something it will either mislead you or mislead others who are important in your life or in your business. If you assume something good will happen when you are unsure it can lead to false hopes and cause you leaders to expect too much out of the business and they will feel upset when they get less results then what they actually expected when you introduced them into the business. This is why you should never assume to anyone what you know might be uncertain and why you should explain to people that their success won't come by just joining and assuming that it will have an impact on their lives.
The success will come by them joining your business, making themselves a better individual as a result and being proactive in taking advantage in the opportunity laid in front of them with this business opportunity.
You have to be a good advocate in motivating your leaders and future leaders to be enthusiastic and proactive in becoming successful in the business and not assuming that you will join the business and become successful with minimal effort.
The most successful people who are in the top five percent of the United States and who own the most money are the people who never assume that any move they make will result in either success or failure. They carefully think about and evaluate their situations to see if it will either empower them toward their success, wealth and well-being or disempower all of that before they make a decision or a final judgment instead of carelessly assuming. This is part of the process of how they worked smart in order to achieve their status of wealth.
The other ninety-five percent of the population are the ones who assume and in most cases they always assume the best in everything they do in regards to their outcomes of their decisions or ways of life. The majority of people always get their hopes up by assuming the best or the good thoughts all of the time and this ends up misleading people when things don't always go good and it hurts them because they made plans for something good to happen when it was not guaranteed or because they made a mistake after they assumed it was a right decision that would lead to wealth or happiness without much thought.
Assuming is just as bad as not asking for help because assuming means that you make decisions based on your quick judgment and not from a reliable source as in asking an experienced leader for help. Assuming can also mislead your leaders or future leaders by getting their hopes up and when they don't meet those hopes they will quit on you.
You also can never assume anything about other people because it can damage a relationship and even cause hat when you assumed something about someone when you had no facts that it was true.
Your best bet is to let nature play its course and never assume because it will only set your life, business and wealth behind by leading you to false hopes sometimes that can cause damaging effects and personal setbacks!
The most successful people THINK AND ANALYZE their decisions and their observations and NEVER ASSUME!!!
