2. Since sweat can help in cleaning the pores, exercising is another way in keeping your skin clear and healthy. However, washing after exercising is also a good habit to prevent dried up sweat from generating or exacerbating acne and pimples.
3. Be more conscious of what products you put on your skin especially your face. If you are using lotions and makeup always look for the non-comedogenic variety so as not to aggravate existing acne.
4. Diet also may have an effect on any acne treatment and prevention. Having a diet full of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant vitamins will certainly help fend of bacteria that cause breakouts of acne. Avoiding too much pro-inflammatory substances like sugar and food containing trans fats in your diet will certainly help your skin deal with acne better.
Methods of acne deterrence are not a perfect science although chances in making your skin healthier will greatly improve through observance of the tips provided above.
