There are number of people who get very excited about getting back into shape and make the decisions they are going to "workout". This is the point where they will buy a gym membership and start doing a few random exercises. If you have a bigger schedule of working out such as doing x,y,z, for 45 minutes to an hour on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, it will be easier to schedule this in advance. Someone who lacks an exercise plan tells himself, "I will workout this week".2. Getting A Good Amount Of Sleep:If you want to put your workout schedule into overdrive then you should be getting 8-9 hours of sleep each day. When the body is tired it will kill any motivation or self discipline that you have. Sleeping less will only take more time from you. If you only get six hours of sleep every night you might think you will have more time during you day. However, you should know that at this point your body will only be operating on 50%-60% of what it could be operating on. In addition, you will get less done in your day even though you may have more time. By doing this you are sacrificing your body's health!3. You Must Be RealisticAny time you are trying to achieve something you will undoubtedly encounter failure on occasion. Even though they teach you in school that failing is bad, error can actually teach you a lot. You are only human and not a robot so accept when you fail and learn from it. If you do not achieve the intended goal the first few times keep trying until you do. After awhile you will run out of ways to do it wrong and find the proper way of doing it. Although, this depends on if you keep repeating what you are doing wrong.Now that you are ready to make a change, you are going to have to put yourself into action. You have to stop telling yourself stories and get to the gym. If you want to be healthy and to look great in your clothes then you have to make sure that you are working hard for it. There is no other way. Now is the time to make the change.
