Six Tips to Win Over Your Ex

You've had it and now that it's over, you are in need of the upper hand

. You are sick and tired of fixing a broken heart and no have no reason to get your ex back. Here are some things you can do to stay strong.

First and foremost-strength. No one wants to feel remorse and you shouldn't be the focus. Don't cry, beg or appear to be someone who is lost and needs to get back with her ex on order to survive. Let your ex believe that you are perfectly fine with out him and you have no problem moving on without him.

Second - Leave and don't look back. If you are living with your ex, call a friend, co-worker or family member and move out immediately. Show them that you are done and you mean business. Pack up everything and keep moving until everything is gone so you have no reason to go back and give them a chance to win you back. This gives you confidence and show them that they really lost someone special.

Third - No Talking! Do not answer calls, text messages, or any correspondence for that matter. In this case, silence is golden. for you that is. Give them the time to reflect upon what has happened. They will realize faster than you think that they really messed up and how good they really had it.

Fourth - If you are the one with the home, and your ex calls it quits, give them time to move their stuff. Speak gently and softly to them and reassure them that it's ok that they their time. Continue to go on cooking dinner, cleaning, and doing your normal daily routine including them as if nothing ever happened.

Fifth - Don't act, just be yourself. There is reason why you met and became an item initially. Look back on how it happened and pretend that the relationship is a couple of days old and you are in the cute stage of your relationship. This is easily transmitted from boyfriend to girlfriend as calmer happier attitudes work better together than angry negative ones.

Sixth - Make up sex. Be very careful dealing with this as most humans respond well to sex, but this is usually a temporary thing. The fighting will most likely resume the next morning.

The bottom line here is that a relationship needs to have constant maintenance in order to survive. Getting dumped and healing hearts are just part of the program. But finding the correct recipe and recovering from a breakup could lead to health and happiness.
