For many magicians, a deck of cards can be a source of several tricks. It is also a means of endless amusement for people and children of all ages. There is some attractive about these illusions that makes it very entertaining. Here are some magic card tricks that you can show off with. Here is one. Get a pack of cards and ask a friend to shuffle them up for you. Turn your back to him and ask him to pick a card with a number. Then ask him to place it on top of the pack.

After this tell him to take the corresponding number of cards from the bottom of the pack and place it on top of his selected card. This done, tell your friend to deal the card and call out each card as he is place it. Tell him not to give you a clue as to which is his card. Once he has crossed his card, you will be able to call it out. How you do it is like this, ignore the first card that he calls out. Then begin counting with him silently.

When he calls a card that corresponds with the number running in your head and that is usually the card. Wait for him to cross the card and then call it out. Another card trick is the reverse card one. Take a deck of cards and ask a friend to cut it in two. Take one half yourself and give the other to him. Tell your friend to select a card, remember it and put it back in the pile on top. Turn back around, place your pile of cards on top of your friends.

Then give him the whole deck and ask him to put it behind his back. Tell him to take the bottom card reverse it and put it in the bottom. Then let him take the top card reverse it and place it in the middle of the deck. Take the cards back and spread them out. The card they reversed will be on the left hand side of the one they selected. The trick to this is that when you have your half of the deck with you, you too reverse a card on the bottom and top. This will act as an indicator of where the chosen card is.
