As a person decides to stop smoking and embarks on a smoking cessation program, what happens is that there is a change in the breathing pattern and this has some relationship to the stress levels of the smoker. Getting rid of that habit can be a real emotional problem for many. Finding ideas and techniques and, practising them can make the transition from a smoker to a non-smoker a lot easier. Just by making changes to your breathing pattern and by extending the breaths, emotions will change for the better as you will experience a massive reduction in the stress levels.
