So what you need to do is ask yourself what does worry or stresses gain you? Aside from more worry and stress and perhaps health problems. These things are a major cause of conflicts within a number of people. These are the contrasts between what they attempt to focus on and the internal messages that come up. All one needs to do is watch or listen to or read the news stories and you can find all sorts of negative input.

What is the solution to quieting these internal conflicts that exist or have been introduced into your subconscious? Would we suggest sticking your head in the sand and hiding from all the negative news? While that might work for the external negative news it would not deal with the negative internal beliefs or feelings that pop up.


You need to realize that you are in charge of you, it is your mind your feelings and your belief system that matters, no one else's. So as these pop up you need to decide which ones serve your focus and which are in conflict.Then place all the conflicting beliefs and negative feelings in a bubble. Place another filtered bubble right beside it and direct the positive energy that might have gone with the negative stuff into the filtered bubble and burst the remaining bubble (containing all the negative energy) and let it go. It serves no purpose for you in the here and now or in the future. Just let it go. It may take several times for this to work totally for you but try it I think you will find that it helps.
