The problem is losing weight, but with some weight loss tips it should ease the process.

Instead of eating 3 big meals throughout the day, eat 5 less portioned meals. This will give you body time to digest food because your aren't cramming huge amounts of food 3 times a day.

Weight Loss Tips #2:

Drink more water. Carbonated drinks such as soda can really pack on the pounds, replacing that with water will help a lot. Drinking water is not just a weight loss tool, it is essential in staying health. You should drink roughly 8oz's of water a day, but more won't hurt.

Do you eat fruits and vegetables. I never ate fruits and vegetables because they can be quite expensive, but fruits and vegetables are essentially low in calories so you can eat pretty much as much as you want without worrying about overdoing it.

Do you exercise? I never did because I was always too tired after work (a desk job, go figure). Exercising can increase your resting metabolic rate, which will help you burn more calories throughout the day.
