Sweet dark chocolate: It does not contain milk content but it still has high amount of sugar and is sweeter than other types of dark chocolate and contain 20-40% cocoa solids.
Milk chocolate: it contain cocoa liquor, cocoa solid with milk liquor and condensed. Milk chocolate contains up to 10% liquor, butterfat and milk solids. It is sweeter than dark one with lighter color. It requires more temper to heat properly.
White Chocolate: White chocolate does not contain lesser cocoa content but have vanilla, sugar and cocoa butter. White has more 50% sugar, milk content and lesser amount of cocoa butter.
