Obesity is a very common problem in today's world
. Lots of people face this problem. There are many reasons of obesity like fast foods, laziness, luxurious and modern lifestyle, stress, lack of exercise, etc. But there are many ways to bring obesity under control.
Exercise: Exercise is a must to stop being overweight. It burns your extra calories. Try exercises like cardiovascular ones, cycling, aerobics, pilates, yoga and such for at least half an hour daily to burn your calories. Watch how many calories you consume throughout the day. Keep a tab on your calories on your cell phone using any popular fitness app. Minimize eating outside food or junk food and instead add some healthy foods for a balanced diet. If you are a vegetarian, you could add some green vegetables, grains and fruits in your diet.
Try to be active and keep yourself busy in doing something or the other. Don't remain idle. Walking is a wonderful way to reduce obesity. Try to walk at least one hour in a day. You can do that by replacing your driving with walking while going to nearby places. Use staircase instead of using the elevator. Play some sports instead of sitting at home and watching TV on a weekend. Playing sports can help you to burn extra fat of your of body and help to keep your body in shape.
Instead of eating big meals twice in a day, eat 4-5 smaller meals when you are hungry and drink plenty of water. Swimming also plays a vital role to reduce weight so you can go for swimming every day or twice a week. Avoid cheese and oily products, fried stuff, sodas and burgers. Do all your chores yourself and indulge in some household activities as much as possible. This can also help you to reduce your weight by keeping you active.
