The hype surrounding the reality of a Playstation phone is coming to a head with the leak of some pictures and a clear 3 minute video onto the internet, and it clearly shows that the phone is a reality.
It is going to be called the Sony Ericsson Zeus or Sony Z1 and it looks like it going to be a best seller for sure.
The Sony Zeus or Sony Z1 has real Playstation controls and the top half of the Phone slideoff to reveal the controls.
Its wont be a true Playstation which is probably the reason they decided to brand it as the Sony Erisson Zeus or the Sony Z1.
The phone has not even been confirmed as a reality by Sony Ericsson as yet but it is rumored to be announced on 9th December with the phone being available in February 2011.
It is built on the gingerbread Android platform and is expected to have a 1 GHZ processor and the games will be specially made and the expected price will be in the $500.00 range and comes with 5 games. Additional games will be available for $10-20 dollars.
The handset looks like it was a working prototype and is running on the Android Gingerbread. And the Playstation symbols were clearly displayed on the buttons.
It has a 5 mega pixel camera with an LED flash
The Z1 looks quite chunky but when you consider that its a phone game console etc you can understand why and really I dont care I still want one
