Soul Coaching is different, as its primary aim is to clear away inner debris in order to connect you with the wisdom within.

Catriona is a professional International Soul Coach, who also offers Soul Journeys. These journeys help you discover messages from your core being, your soul. Soul connection is highly essential as messages from your soul can guide your lifes path, or advice about a present situation or question.

There are several ways to experience Catrionas Soul Coaching Program:

One on One: You can work with Catriona who can help guide you through the process and provide you with daily practices that you can do in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace. Through in-person or phone consultations with Catriona. She can also take you on a profound meditative Soul Journey, or Past Life Journey. These journeys allow you to tap into the deep inner wisdom that may not be easily accessed in your busy day to day life.

Groups: Guided by Catriona, you can participate with a group going through the 28-Day Soul Coaching program together. You will meet one a week for 4 weeks in person or by phone and then also stay in touch through an e-group.

Online: Not everyone has the time or geographical advantage to be able to attend a person program, so online Soul Coaching is a perfect solution during such situations. With online Soul Coaching, you have the advantage of benefiting from this powerful program at your own pace.
