Spruce Up Your Life And Be Spontaneous To Regain More Health

Often our routines become stale and we lose some of the enjoyment from activities that are good for our health

. Some may choose to abandon their healthy habits instead of seeking a new challenge.

In this case, before you know it you are feeling more stressed due to lack of proper exercise and your losing confidence when you look in the mirror. Before you let that happen seek a new way to rejuvenate your exercise routine.

There are literally hundreds of ways to change up your routine from time to time so that you do not get bored and lose interest. You can change just a little thing about your routine or go all out and try something completely new.

The choice is always up to you. The important thing is to keep your self motivated to exercise. Exercise reduces stress and improves health.

Ideas You Can Use Now

Change your route. If you are a runner or walker, pick a new place to go. A change of scenery may do you good.

Change your routine. Instead of using the same machines at the gym, try a new piece of equipment.

Take a class. If you always take the 6:00pm spin class, it may be that you have grown accustomed to the instructor and just need to be exposed to someone new to motivate you. In this case, try a different time and instructor.

Check out something new. If your gym offers different classes pick one and go to it. Give it a chance and if you like it stay with it, if not try something else.

Mix it up. If you have gotten into a rut where you do 20 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight bearing exercise each day it may be time to change things around a bit. Consider doing 5 minutes of cardio, 1 set then back to 5 minutes of cardio and then 1 set and so on until you have completed your entire work out.

Add music. Maybe you already use a personal music device but you have not changed up your playlist in a while. New music from time to time is a great way to motivate your self.

Get a buddy. Making a commitment to a buddy helps you stay focused and you can motivate each other when you are just not feeling it.

There are many more ways to get out of your exercise rut. You may be inspired to come up with some of your own.

Research shows and you already know that exercise is vital to your continued good health. Do not abandon your good habit if it has grown a tad stale; just find a way to liven it up a bit!
