Spire Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a new company formed in March 2007. It acquired 18 acres of land in July 2007 and in just a span of 16 months has reached the commercial production stage. Spire has been founded by promoters having a vast experience in Forging business.

Spire has been built with the most modern principals of manufacturing, material flow and very diligent selection of technology. The primary technology used for forging is energy efficient and electronically controlled German Hydraulic hammers. The entire manufacturing facility includes Cutting, Die Manufacturing, Forging, Heat treatment and Machining.

Thermowells:

Thermowells are used to protect temperature sensors used to monitor industrial processes while permitting accurate measurement. A thermowell consists of a tube closed at one end and mounted in the process stream.We supply Flanged, Threaded - Screwed, Socket Weld-In, Vanstone, Weld-In types of Thermowells as per customers requirement and customer drawings in various grades starting from SS316L to Inconel.

Forged Turbine Blades:

A turbine blade is the individual component which makes up the turbine section of a gas turbine.We manufacture various type of Turbine Blades predominantly in Stainless Steel with overall length up to 750mm (30) and initial weight amounting up to 80kg (180lb) as e.g.Straight blades,Twisted Blades and Curved Blades.

Planetary Carriers:

Planetary carriers are automatic component, continuously variable, and hybrid transmissions function.planetary carriers is more complex and also use to serve multiple functions.We supply various Planetary carriers in As-Forged and heat treated condition with weight ranges from 1Kg to 40 Kgs (2.2 Lbs 88 Lbs) for 1/3, 1/4, 1/5 modules. We are capable of manufacturing even larger carriers.

Gears & Pinions:

A pinion is a round gear used in several applications. The the smallest gear in a gear drive train.A gear is a rotating machine part having cut teeth, or cogs, which mesh with another toothed part in order to transmit torque.We can manufacture Gears, Pinions, Ring Gears, Bull Gears, Transmission Gears, Engine Gears, etc. These can be supplied in As Forged and Fully Turned condition. We specialize in manufacture of Weight Range: From 1 Kg to 100 Kg (2.2 to 200 Lbs).
