Standard Sluggish Cardio - Has it been Legitimate?

Do you understand using slow, boring, standard cardio for fat burning may just be the largest weight reducing scam of them all?

Naturally you didn't. That's because every weight loss expert currently pushes cardio down our throats.

Ok, well that is certainly an exaggeration, not every expert believes this...

Some emphasize HIIT, which is known as High Intensity Interval Training.

This approach may be a great deal more efficient and effective than standard slow cardio.

Honestly here. Would you rather train hard for 20 minutes, 3 days every week...or for sixty minutes, 5 days every week?

That is certainly what HIIT will do for everyone. It may possibly shorten your exercise routine time in half.

But aside from that, it genuinely includes better results too...

Studies from Australia have proven that Interval Training is far more advanced than slow, standard cardio.

Additionally, only Interval Training has been shown to lose belly fat. Standard cardio can really bring on weight gain.

How is this possible?

Well it can cause yourself to be hungry soon after your training. This enables you to eat, negating a majority of hard-work.

Eat excessively though and not only will you reduce your progress, but you will negate it entirely.

This won't happen with HIIT.

Instead, Interval Training increases your metabolism post workout, so that you will continue to burn calories even after when your workout ends.

Another advantage to High Intensity Interval Training is a decrease in over-use injuries.

I'd been around 160 pounds the moment I graduated school in 2001. I had been doing a bit of exercise over the years, mostly running...but I found myself weighing 208.5 back in January of this year.

I remember attempting to run again and i nearly blew out my knees in the attempt.

I only wish I'd known about Interval Training earlier. I really could have cut my exercise time by 50 % and given my body one day of rest in the middle of my workouts.

Alternatively I could keep running, hurt my knees, and been out of exercise for months.

I only imagine just how much weight I could have gained during that time.

Now i'm now down to 192 lbs. which is all thanks to a combination of Interval and Resistance training. I have a long way to go, but then again I used to be really fat.

Those who are set on fat loss then I implore you to add Interval Training to your own weight lifting program - you can lose the fat.
