Step Into Royal Culture In Chiang Mai

The Royal Princess Chiang Mai Hotel is a fusion of distinctly modern amenities with that of classical Royal Thai culture

. The hotel is scheduled to be refurbished in May of 2010. This work will bring back its original gleam and vibrancy as an icon of the four-star Princess hotels run by the Dusit International. It started from the original Princess hotel opened in 1949 in Bangkok. Due to a saturation of 5-star hotels opening up in Bangkok and throughout Thailand, the group decided to focus on 4 star hotels in the 90s. Most of them have been built upcountry and outside of Bangkok. The Royal Princess Chiang Mai is one of these additions to the affiliated Dusit International. Its ambiance and design fit well with the slower-paced atmosphere here. The friendly environment and helpful personnel create a perfect destination for a family holiday or a getaway from the big city.
