. It is all about friendships, dormitories, dating, first years, alcohol and many other interesting things. Therefore, living in a small college dormitories with a roommate is not that easy. In order to avoid conflicts and keep your life peaceful and calm, it is necessary to follow ethical tips.

Useful tips for keeping friendly relations with you neighbor:

Keep you room clean and tidy. This condition seems to be unimportant when you have to ready for the exams and other important things. However, making your bed, taking your things to laundry, and throwing rubbish into a dustbin will help you avoid misconceptions with a roommate.

When your roommate says you shut your mouth up, than, shut up! Ignoring this request will be impolite and the next time when you ask your roommate to be quite, he/she may ignore you as well.

Do not try to wake your neighbor up; it may be harmful for his/her health. Sleeping is an important condition for a successful study and, therefore, if you need to chat with somebody, you should find another person for this activity.

Do not touch your roommates things without permission. This rule covers everything, even food. Sometimes your interest to snoop through the things may prevail but still you should do your best to resist the temptation.

Never reveal your roommate secrets to other people. Even if he/she is not your best friend, you should not gossip and tell other unreal and something offensive stories about your roommate.

Be loyal and patient to visits of your neighbors closest friends. Of course, visiting of girlfriends and boyfriends may provoke serious conflicts. Therefore, it is first necessary to create some rules that can help to avoid misunderstandings.

Do not do things that would make your roommate feel uncomfortable.
