Pros and Cons of Union Activity Considering the fact that most of the unions are aimed at achieving positive results, some of them may be associated with illegal activity, such as sexual discrimination, or occultism with oblations. Hence, joining any activity, always try to find out all the details of the union activity and mechanisms of achieving goals. The other unions presuppose legal mechanisms of right and dignity protection; however, they may be ineffective.
