There is only you and your none existent business right now. Finding the time to work in peace and quiet is very important because you ned to focus very hard to make things work. When you are doing something like finding a profitable niche for your business then do this and nothing else. You can not do 3-4 thing at the same time. Even better you can make a list of the things you need to do, the previous night and the next morning start working on them one by one. When you finish one thing take it off the list and move on. Maybe you would really like to relax and watch TV but you need to force yourself to finish the things on your list. Sooner or later this becomes a habit and you do not want to watch the TV or play a game. If you lose your focus very easily then you do not get anything done and never get your business up and running. It is not easy believe me, I also find it hard to focus on one thing and maintain my discipline, but it is necessary.
