Career studying is very important in reaching success

. What occurred to me earlier? What occurs now? Why have I made such choice? What am I now? These are some of the questions that can help people to understand their career level at present. But there are more interesting ways of planning your career:

Autobiography - describe your career up to the present day. What choices have you made, and what did they affect? What influence on your decisions was rendered by the events, that d o not concern your work? What attracted you in work?

Career Review - make the list of places where you have worked and specify features that you liked and disliked in your working experience, which actions led you to improvement of your level and which didnt;

Career Picture quickly draw up a picture of your career. It will be visible graphic of your work. The main idea is in the fact, that, after drawing your picture, show it to another person and try to explain why you depicted this or that point of your career in this or that way. That will help you to see the key problems in it. When drawing your picture up, use metaphors. A good example is to draw career in the form of the river with its floods, thresholds, falls, places with extending channel both quieter and slow current. Ashore draw in the form of things the factors which have affected your decisions. Other examples are a flight of a plane, a walk, or even a chemical reaction. All of them begin from a certain starting point and have its destination, even if you havent reached it already;

When you draw your picture, it is important to show it to another person, because the story, which you will tell to your friend about your picture, will help you to find out all the weak points in your career.
