Drinking one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar mixed with 2 ounces of water is another natural remedy that is taken right before eating.
You can also utilize some over-the-counter medicines, such as tums, maalox, or prilosec, just to mention a few. Also chewing gum can sometimes help. However, don't use them too much since they can cause flatulence.
You can find an assortment of different natural remedies for acid reflux and heartburn. Prevention is the most effective one. However, if you do have heartburn, there are natural methods that can help you.
