The beach season is here

The beach season is here. And we give you some tips to look your best and

create a pretty summery image just for you.

Summer does paint a pretty picture. It all begins with the beach, pool,

sand and ultimately boils down to the sun and a whole lot of other troubles

that wreak havoc on your body. The heat is on the rise and with the soaring

temperature; there are a few things that you must remember to follow in the

sultry summer season. Tip a few more glasses of water into your mouth to keep

your body well hydrated from within. Ignore the artificial aerated drinks and

pick from natural options like Lemon juice, Coconut water and Sugarcane juice

to drink on the go instead. Gobble up the juicy watermelons; they do a world of

good to your body.

It is good to flaunt that sun-kissed skin, but the summer sun is very harsh on

your skin, so remember to dab on some sunscreen with a good SPF at least 20

minutes before you step out. Be sure not to neglect the neck, chest, arms and

legs. Pigmentation and premature aging are one of the main causes of unprotected

over exposure to the sun. Bring out those wide-rimmed hats and big sunglasses.

They never go out of style and you end up looking chic too! You could play safe

with umbrellas as long as you remember to take them along!

Pat away the sweat with anti-perspirant tissues and use a deodorant after every

shower. Bring out those flowery cotton dresses and flip-flops. Paint your toenails

in bright colors and tie up the hair off your neck into pretty plaits, fancy ponytails

or loose buns.

With all the essentials in place, you are all set to combat the summer woes

and enjoy the sun instead! Look great, feel fantastic and have a happy and

healthy summer!
