The year 2007 actually brought a doze of entertainment to India. Sunburn festival was a joint collaboration between Shailendra Singh from percept and Nikhil Chinapa the famous DJ AND VJ. The sunburn festival in goa was held on 28 and 29 December. The official sponsor for sunburn 2007 was Smirnoff. Candolim beach was the first to witness the Sunburn Festival. Some of the artists that performed here were DJ Pearl, Carl Cox, Fleming, above& beyond, Axe well etc.

The code of the festival this year was fixed as electric circus. This year the festival was met with equally good spirit even after the tragedy of the Mumbai Terror Attacks. The official support partners this year were Fly Kingfisher, Carlsberg, and force India.

In the year 2009 the fans recorded be hear were 22,000. This year the parties started at 10:30 and got over at 5:00 am in the morning. They also introduced here rock climbing.

Sponsor this year was Tuborg. It took place on the 27th December and went on till 29th December.
