Third time offense: One year of imprisonment, 1000 dollars fine, one year of license suspension and Felony charges.
It is quite essential for drivers in states to take the suspended license driving violations seriously because sometime the months of imprisonment may increase depending upon the state you reside. Besides, you cant escape hefty penalty imposed on you. You should be vigilant enough while driving your car and avoid the risk associated with suspended license violations. If you are caught due to DUI/DWI and the license is suspended, then it is always a better decision to take some other means of transportation, instead of getting penalized further. But, unfortunately if you are caught up for driving with suspended license, then chances of expansion of license suspension increase significantly and the fine imposed will also increase accordingly.
