So remember, the address that you provide when you set-up your pre-paid account, must match the address details that you provide when registering for an account with paypal. Anonymous prepaid cards or vouchers, which are usually loaded with a fixed credit and are not re-loadable, can also be used on paypal.

Please note that whilst most prepaid cards may be used with a paypal account, they will not enable to you set-up an ebay sellers account or withdraw money from paypal. In order to do this, you would require a bank account.
