With the recent release of software that allows you to stream full Satellite TV onto your Personal Computer people are becoming less dependent on physically mounted Dishes, Cable TV and monthly contracts. This is possible by downloading a new type of TV PC software; many of which have a one time fee for for the software with no recurring fees after the initial purchase is made. I will also be discussing a top quality satellite TV to PC software that I am using to watch more than 3,500 HD Channels worldwide for free.

This will allow the viewer access to hundreds, all the way up to thousands of channels depending on which country they are in. From a consumer perspective this opens up many new opportunities such as full Satellite TV on the go with your laptop as well as the ability to access to what are considered premium services such as movie channels that may not have been affordable with the previous options available to to them.

To some, the idea of watching television through their computer monitor and speakers may not sound very appealing and would prefer to remain with what they know and are comfortable with. Depending on a number of factors will determine the best way to watch media streaming on your PC and be able to also watch through your TV. Most all of the newer laptops, computers as well as TVs come with HDMI input and is as simple as using an HDMI Cable to connect the two and you will get both picture and sound relaying whatever is being watched. If either device is a couple years old then you may not have this option and can choose to use your television as a monitor by means of a video jack. This will allow you to have picture but the the sound will still come from the PC which there are also many options that exist such as upgraded speakers or if the devices allow an audio jack may be utilized, again this all depends on the model, make and year of the devices.

Models that are older and do not have an HDMI or a video jack input there is also the option of using media sharing software readily available and use any of the new models of video game platforms also double as media streaming devices and will communicate with both your television and PC as an interface. You may also purchase a device whose sole purpose is for streaming media rather than a gaming platform which has the function built in. These options will also allow for full sound and audio to be experienced. I personally use a satellite TV on PC software that allows me to watch more than 3,000 international television channels online.
