. However, success has not come easy for this entrepreneur. He had to go through his fair share of struggle and challenges. It, of course, helped that he belonged to an influential family of Thailand. The Politian ancestry is well-known and highly respected in Thailand and he belonged to this family heritage. He had a Foreign Prime Minister at home in the form of his Great Grandfather. Moreover, his father had also made a name for himself in the sphere of real estate after leaving Thailand and moving to the United States.
However, all these did not matter as he believed in carving a niche for himself on his own merit. This prompted him to start working at a lending back in 1999. This was a big step for him as he got to learn a lot from this experience. This bank was mainly concerned with private lending and funded more than 500 million dollars on a given year. It can be understood from this fact that the concerned bank was one of the most prominent ones in the business and therefore, had a lot to offer in terms of knowledge and skill to Savetsila. He made full use of this experience and learnt as much as he could from it.
Finally, after equipping himself with considerable knowledge and expertise, he decided to do something on his own and branched out. A private lending firm was set up by him where he applied everything that he had learnt thereby catering to a wide range of clients. He sold homes to prestigious clientele that ranged from actors and producers to many executives in the entertainment industry. He gradually opened another corporation named Savet Inc. in 2004 which further consolidated his position in the real estate business.
