So you have decided to take San Diego CPR classes congratulations! You have taken

the first step to being responsible and being able to properly and effectively save another human beings life. You are one of the minority of people who actually realize the importance of CPR and first aid techniques before it is too late. Too many people procrastinate with signing up for courses, and then when an emergency arises, it is too late at that point to learn. Did you know that more than half of all cardiac arrests happen in a family member or friends home? Wouldnt you be thankful that you knew what to do in the even that something happened to your loved one? There are many different types of courses that are available to all kinds of different people, from ordinary everyday moms to advanced medical professionals.

Of course, there are also still many places that offer San Diego CPR classes on site, and there are still some people who prefer that they participate in classes this way as opposed to on the Internet. Why? The biggest reason is the hands on training that students have on site that is obviously seriously lacking with an online program. Some people might argue that some things need to be learned first hand and that the experience of actually performing the technique on a mannequin can not and should not be dismissed. However, there are many others that claim that the programs on the Internet are just as effective, just as thorough, and in some respects are more beneficial because the student learns at his or her own pace and there is not so much hoopla from other people that has to be tolerated in the traditional classroom settings.

If you want or need to take San Diego CPR classes, whether you decide to take them online or on site, you need to be sure that the course is approved by the American Heart Association and that you will get a certification card at the end of your effort and time in learning how to save a persons life in the event of a true emergency.
