White Tea If you're in the mood for accumulating extra health points for your body, then white tea is the drink of the day. It has the highest amount of antioxidants and the least caffeine. It is also healthy in the sense that it is the least processed tea compared to other tea types as indicated by its light and delicate flavor.
Green Tea Stress is a part of everyday. If you are not stressed at work, you will be at home or at the supermarket while grocery-shopping. Stress is basically around us and it can speed up the process of aging. Nothing can relieves stress as effective and as faster than green tea. It's natural, fresh and neutral flavor makes it a fabulous way to relieve stress.
Fruit-flavored Tea Cool down on hot summer days with a glass of fruit-favored tea loaded with ice. There are many different flavors to choose from like orange, lemon and raspberry.
