Ten Simple Mlm Tests

I'm the judgment expert that writes often. In my work, I communicate with many people around the USA. I see lots of judgments against MLMs that got sued, by the victims they conned.
Many of the judgments I've been sent against a MLM will not ever get recovered. Most got served by publication (the weakest method of serving a lawsuit) as a MLM hid their real location. Also, many MLMs got sued only with the name of their company, which disappeared or folded right after they got sued.
For my article, I offer 10 easy checks you may do, to research MLMs, before you pay them anything. While not foolproof, these ten checks are simple, and may help test when a MLM MLMs are likely to turn out to be a scam:
1) First, most MLMs are a scam in some way or another. The best MLMs scam you by helping you think it will be easy money working or selling a MLM's product or service. The worst MLMs steal from you. It does not matter how good MLMs are, it all actually relies on your ability to sell and you yourself.
2) Is their product or service in any way real, unique, a bargain, needed, or what customers want? Not many MLMs will pass this test. Some people can succeed even if MLMs fails this test, however many people will experience minimal or no success, unless a MLM can pass this test.
3) Can you make money without recruiting other people to sell on your behalf? If a MLM pays only for recruiting other people, that can be an indication they do not have real products.
4) Does the MLM charge people a lot to sign up? If their sign up fee doesn't include anything of value, beware.
5) Another warning sign is, do they promise that you'll get rich quickly? 6) Does the MLM explain what product they have? When the MLM's only products are brochures and web sites, be careful.
7) Do they claim that everyone will succeed? In the real world, a combination of luck, funding, hard work, and skill, is most often mandatory.
8) Does a web search for the MLM list only fantastic reviews? If so, be careful of fake reviews by shills. If there are bad reviews, look at them, and remember that there are 2 sides to many stories.
9) Do they use a street address, a telephone number to call, and can they answer e-mails? There are many good companies that do not have, or do all three. It's a good sign if they have at least 2 out of 3.
10) How secretive are they? Is their domain name ownership (whois: domainname.com) hidden, or with a proxy service? Are they located in Florida? Do they use any kind of mailing address at all? The more private a MLM or any company is, the more careful you should be when you deal with them.
