Thailand Becoming The Bar And Nightclub Capital Of Asia

If youre a fan of bars and clubs, Thailand should be on your list of places to visit before its too late

. Recent research shows that in the next 12 months, tourists heading to the Asian destination are set to increase. Elephant riding in Bangkok, touching tigers in Koh Samui or dancing the night away at the full moon party on the island of Koh Phangan, there is always something fun to do in Thailand.

Two weeks ago, the Tourism board held their annual conference. Market deligates were taken around the two up-and-coming popular cities of Phuket and Chiang Mai. They were shown the traditional foods, events, dress, facilities, bars, clubs and restaurants in the hottest areas. The conference was an ideal way to highlight the countries best aspects to industry experts, said John Boy, Manager for tourism in Thailand for Australia and New Zealand. There is always something to do, always something to see, somewhere to be, people to meet and amazing things to taste and smell.

Projections for the 2011 season look like they will surpass all previous years with 720 thousand new visitors flocking to the islands, mountains and thriving cities of Thailand. Thailand has soared in the world wide market entertaining 7000,000 visitors from around the world for conferences, holidays, and retreats and partying, said Puripan Bunnag, Acting Director of the Meetings and Incentives Department of the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau. Thailand is a place where the people never sleep, the life is good and there is everything from healthy food, great shopping and fantastic hotels.

If you are on your way to Phuket, some bars and nightclubs you might want to check out are Banana bar, Aussie Bar and without question HOLLYWOOD which can all be found near the main street in Phuket. In addition, don't be afraid to try the amzing street food that is on offer. It may look a bit "fresh" but trust me after trying the chicken skewers you will never look at a boring old meat pie of kebab in the same way... it is absolutely fantastic!!!
