It takes a sustained effort of focusing on sponsoring new distributors to build a large MLM business. The only real way to develop a residual income is to build a large number of distributors underneath you.
The biggest mistake that network marketers make is they start to manage their group once it begins to grow. Here is the primary problem with that.
As you stop enrolling new distributors into your business your group begins to follow your example. If you do not have a large group to begin with you very quickly can lose any momentum.
Spending your time trying to encourage people to sponsor new distributors takes time away from you doing that very thing. Network marketers love to follow successful people.
If your name is constantly showing up on the leader board they are going to emulate the example that you are setting. This alone will bring new distributors into your downline better than if you are badgering your downline to increase the number of people they are sponsoring.
Ultimately this can become a big disaster that will kill your MLM residual income. A very simple way to avoid this is continue to enroll a large number of front-line distributors yourself.
Never even consider stepping away from your business until you have personally sponsored an adequate number of new distributors yourself.
