The 3 Simple Steps To Burning Fat
If you are looking to get into super lean shape as fast as possible
, you are going to need to master your exercise regimen, your nutritional program and get plenty of quality rest. Unforunately, most people don't know what they are doing. As a fitness trainer, I have helped hundreds upon hundreds of people get into mind-boggling shape, simply by focusing on the three key elements. And I can help you do the same.
Now, it's a common misconception that traditional slow-paced cardio is the best method to losing weight. This is simply not true. If you want to lose tons of fat, you must lift weights. By lifting weights, you will increase your muscle mass, which in turn increases your metabolic rate dramatically, allowing you to burn more and more fat for a much longer period of time. As soon as my personal training clients started lifting weights, all of them saw a dramatic reduction in the body fat levels. They became much tighter and defined. I recommend you lift weights at least three days per week.
You should also incorporate a unique cardio training, called interval training. Interval training is a super intense, stop and go style of training. Such as doing wind sprints or stadiums, where you sprint a certain distance at full speed, then slowly return to original starting position, then repeat. Interval Training will have you burning tremendous amounts of calories. You should perform interval training about three times per week at 20 minutes per session.
In addition, you will have to eat more balanced and healthy meals. If you want to burn amazing amounts of fat and get into awesome shape, you need to focus on your nutrition. Without proper nutrition, you will never get into the best shape of your life.
The first thing you need to do is to avoid all processed foods. Processed foods are any foods that involve a chemical process to produce its end result. Anything that comes in a box is a processed foods. Frozen foods are processed foods. Processed foods contain harmful chemicals that can make you fat. Instead, you should cosume foods in their natural state that have not been altered chemically or processed, such as fruits and vegetables. I recommend you eat organic foods as much as possible. These foods will be free of harmful pesticides and other dangerous chemicals that can impede your fat loss success. Be sure to drink plenty of pure water.
Avoid all caloric beverages, as they will add up quickly making you fatter than ever. Sodas are the worst. And diet sodas are much better. They contain too many chemicals that just harm your body, making losing weight almost impossible.
And last, but certainly not least, you need to get plenty of rest so you can burn fat adequately. Many studies have shown that people who are over-weight are lacking in sufficent sleep. So, if you want to get into great shape, make sure you get enough quality rest. I suggest you get at least 8 hours of good sleep per night. And if you can get in a 20 minute nap in a few times per week, that is even better.
