XML is a general-purpose markup language that has been the industry-standard technique of preparing data files to get sent all through the Internet.
XML is perfectly textual and non-binary. XML consists of text data organized hierarchically together with opening and closing tags which delineate certain portions of the data. Any of these tags is often nested and may hold additional information termed attributes.
